| Sounds fun :-)
I don't know much about the Good Citizen Awards.. if it involves anything other than "stand" & "stay" we could be in trouble LOL The words "come" "down" & "no" seem to be particular favourites to ignore... Glad its Dennis!!!
Is it limited to just Saints? I would have a better chance with the Golden & Collie!!!!

| Good citizen in general is open to all, but as its a club event, maybe Karen can advise whether you can bring other breeds?
We had collies we worked for agility and flyball years ago who were easily able to do these tests, so we decided to try our first saint bella at it. The bronze was a doddle. The silver was harder as our 'come away from distraction' was a lady sat eating a sandwich! Bella reluctantly came away, but did pass her silver!
Denis also did tests at the club open show a few years ago. We took Heidi and she passed her bronze! Those were the days she liked people lol! |

| I think I can safely ignore the Gold Award.. if any of the distractions of emergencies involve food there would be no chance!!!
Maybe we get Craig to stay home with camera for this one!!

| Thats exactly the reason I didn't go for the Gold with Bella LMAO!
We did the training, but as soon as i was out of sight, she would bugger off & turn a deaf ear & go forraging!! |

| Hi there
I have just checked with Pat Muggleton and yes, the Fun Day is open to any breed, so the more the merrier!! If our Kizzy could pass the Bronze Award then anyone can!! When you next see Denis Smith ask him about the "incidents" on our beach with Kizzy and Jethro, both who had their Bronze Awards. The "incidents" involved a very large kite; a neurotic woman with a small dog and a large unseen pool of very deep water next to the Lighthouse LOL

| Is it ok to post on FB? There are lots of people who have pet Saints & other breeds that I'm sure would enjoy the day :-) | |
