when do you all start watching a bitch whos due to whelp???

a week ten days??? more or less???

we watch 24/7 for at least a week just incase!

Usually a week here.

I have been caught out once when the Lab had her puppies a week early, I think brought on by the Saint having hers. She had none of the usual signs other than a vague pained look on her face (not unsual for her)

I was busy chatting on the phone when the Lab screeched & a puppy appeared!!

A week here too ... i start doing the temperature just a few days before that, just incase they are early as was the case with Blossom & Maisie!!
