booking in of shows???

just wondering who books shows in as soon as they get the enrty forms am i the olny one lol!

loads of people seem to forget and miss entry dates!

i know its hard with bitches and seasons etc but i cant help but book shows in as i go!!!

love to be organised! all show stuff is packed at least the day before except food!
