| May I introduce, this is Cora, 8 years 10 months old: Here we were in Heidelberg (the German town with the famous castle) on a foggy day. Here it was less foggy: View from the Heiligenberg in Heidelberg. Yes, it's the castle. Wishing you a very merry Christmas! Christmas 2010, Boxing Day Susi | |

| Heidelberg Christmas market "This year we went again to the Christmas market in Heidelberg. I like it although there are many people and it's quite busy. For being such a good girl, I get at least one sausage and we stay not longer than one hour. I love the sausages. Cora" In the background you can see parts of the Castle. On the market square: Heidelberg - Bierhelderhof, a country inn in summer: Susi | |

| Again hiking in the Palatinate: The Friends of Nature house: Cora loves it. They serve delicious vegetarian Flammkuchen (a sort of Germen pizza) Needless to say who gets most of the Flammkuchen. Luckily they also serve chips and Cora is not too fond of chips. "I'm staaaaaarving!" Susi | |

| Nice photos!!! I really love to see older saint who still can walk more then 5 minutes and who is still active! When she will have 9 years? My Bina will have 9 years in April. But when she is digging holes (she thinks she is searching for mouses) she thinks she has 2 years | |

| Thank you! Cora is a bit overweight because of hypothyreosis but she can walk 3 hours without a rest. After 3 hours she has to rest for 30 mins.
Cora will turn nine on 3rd March. Our vet is very much in favour of her rambling. We prefer rambling in the Palatinate, near the French border. We "exercise" every week. Cora does not need a lead in the forest, because she stays with me and does not go straying. I wouldn't permit it though because I am an avid animal-lover (and vegetarian). But I sometimes order a liver dumpling for her at an inn in the woods when she is hungy (I have always her bowl in my rucksack). Or a sausage.
And sometimes I have, alas, to share my veggie Flammkuchen.

| Thank you!! We live very close to Heidelberg. Most of the photos were taken in the Palatinate, near the French border.
